What is the difference between Hourly and the Monthly Retainer?
Hourly support is completely on-demand at $85/hr with a 1-hour minimum, ideal for occasional fixes or one-off projects. The $1,200/month Network Solutions Retainer includes 10 hours of remote support, 4 hours of on-site support, proactive network monitoring, and priority emergency response after hours and on weekends.
Where do you provide on-site support?
On-site visits are currently available on Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Travel time to and from your business is never deducted from your included hours. Remote support via phone and screen share is available anywhere.
Are there long-term contracts or commitments?
No long-term contracts. The monthly retainer is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice.
What happens if we need more hours on the monthly retainer?
Additional hours beyond the monthly allocation are billed at discounted rates of $100/hr for remote support and $150/hr for on-site support, billed in 15-minute increments.
